2024年10月23日下午14:00,受天津大学丁帅帅副教授和任晓辰教授邀请,香港浸会大学助理教授王树仁博士在天津大学卫津路校区第三教学楼会议室为师生带来一场题为“Novel Doping Approaches for New Organic Semiconductor Device Concepts”的学术报告。本次报告中,王树仁老师详细介绍了研究团队在有机薄膜晶体、掺杂工艺以及新型器件等方面的最新成果。
王树仁博士学术报告
讲座中,王树仁博士提出使用真空沉积技术生长高度结晶的有机薄膜晶体,可以使用外延精确调整薄膜的厚度。此外,王老师详细介绍了有机半导体的掺杂过程,提出在沉积过程中将有机掺杂剂设计到薄膜晶体中,从而调节单个层的性能。随后,王老师向大家展示了基于有序层的新型功能器件,讨论了制造过程在有机半导体材料的应用前景。

报告人简介:
Dr. Shu-Jen Wang holds a BE (Hons) with first class honours in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He subsequently received his PhD from the University of Cambridge, UK under the supervision of Prof. Henning Sirringhaus. He has worked as a postdoctoral researcher under Prof. Karl Leo in Dresden Integrated Center for Applied Physics and Photonic Materials (lAPP), Technische Universität Dresden, Germany from 2019 to 2023. Since August 2023, he started his position as an assistant professor in the Department of Physics in Hong Kong Baptist University. Dr. Wang's research interests includes developing new device concepts for functional organic semiconductor devices, carrier transport in emerging semiconductor thin films and printed organic electronic components/circuits.
