研究领域

1.     分子晶体结晶过程。利用分子自身的光电信号传递固体内部发生的分子组装过程信息,以原位、实时、无损的方式研究分子材料结晶与相变过程。

2.     低维晶体生长方法。发明了微距升华低维晶体生长方法,在常压下实现高效分子流传输模式,克服了传统气相法设备复杂、原料利用率低、可控性差等缺点,原料利用率接近 10

0%。适用范围广、生长晶体的质量高、形貌可控性强。已被国内外数十家科研机构采用。
